The display/background is based on my created brushes. It is meant to look like the TARDIS Display Screen with the reflection of the ninth Doctor looking at it.

Photoshop and layers. My Gallifrayian brushes played a big part as well.

Aha! pseudo-Gallifreyan text! I was looking for examples to draw my blog header, and don't have PhotoShop.
